Zev could feel the beads of his sweat trickling down his forehead and his sun tanned chest. Tough the ten piles of lumber he just placed on the port wasn't heavy for him, he was still sweating under the heat of the sun. His black and yellow eyes squinted as he focused his gaze on one of his fathers ships. Lumber cargo has just arrived today and his father ordered him to unembark it. Zev was totally used to all this hard work. He wasn't calling it hard work actually. He could carry all those lumber if his hands were big enough. It wasn't that he was boasting. People around Monsea knew his father and him for a long time now. They knew he was graced and could take on anything that they asked him to do. He didn't hide his grace like the others did. He was happy and comfortable about it.
"Zev! Quit dilly dallying lad! There are a lot more from where that came from!"
He looked up and saw one of his father's hired men shout at him. Zev just shrugged and flexed his broad shoulders. He was half naked, wearing only rugged and dirty trousers and sailors boots. There was no use wearing a shirt when he was doing all of this. The shirt would just be torn into pieces because of all the load he will carry in his shoulders. Zev liked it this way too. He focused his eyes back into the ship and started to walk back towards it when he remembered that he left his towel down the place where he placed all the hard wood. He turned back quickly and started to feel like someone was staring at him. He looked around, trying to see who it was.
